JEFF CALL, Focus & Execute Founder & CEO, has 26 years of consulting experience. Prior to Focus & Execute, he was Vice President of Sales for FranklinCovey. In addition to executive coaching and facilitating senior leadership teams in strategy creation and execution, Jeff is also a popular keynote speaker for large leadership events. He has a Masters of Organizational Behavior degree from Brigham Young University.

ERIC KRUEGER, Senior Business Alliance Partner, has 28 years of consulting and executive management experience. Eric trains, coaches, and consults with clients in industry, cooperatives, government, and education worldwide to help them improve personal, team and organizational focus, execution, and results. He has a Masters of Organizational Behavior degree from Brigham Young University. University.

CHRIS ABETZ, Senior Business Alliance Partner, has 30 years of executive management experience. Chris was Chief Financial Officer of the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) for 15 years. He is a product of the Cooperative Family and believes in the power of the Cooperative Principles. In the 15 years prior to NRTC, Chris served in several consulting, managerial and financial roles. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and RPA (Real Property Administrator). He earned his Accounting Degree from George Mason University in Virginia.
